North Industrial Park TIF land available
The North Industrial Park was created in 1996. The park is located on the northeast side of Monroe, just north of the STH 11/81 bypass. The park also has nearby proximity to STH 59 and 69. The purpose of the district is to promote industry with objectives of greater employment opportunities and an increase in manufacturing tax base. The North Industrial Park is served by public streets and utilities.Zoning: M-3 Industrial Park District; buildings/improvements are subject to Design Review by Plan Commission before construction.
